Bookings
Bookings must be paid for online and at least 14 days in advance of the booking date.
Open Sessions will be mixed with other groups whilst playing. All groups will be split across two teams to ensure an even distribution of players.
Laser Tag Wales operates in an outdoor area and is open in all weathers all year round. Refunds will not be given if players do not arrive for their booking in inclement weather. In the event of severe weather such as snow, high winds or thunderstorms where it is not deemed safe by the site manager to operate all bookings will be rescheduled with no additional fees.
We require a minimum of 10 players to run a session. In the unlikely event that this minimum number is not met the organisers will be contacted 4 days in advance to reschedule to a session. If you book 10 players it is guaranteed that your session will go ahead.
If additional places are required on the day every effort will be made to ensure that they can be catered for, but this is dependant on the equipment availability.
Payments
Payment must be made on booking in order to reserve your spaces. For Adult groups and Coporate full payment must be received 14 days prior to your activity date to avoid cancellation.
Where a booking is made for a date within this 14-day period full payment must be made at point of booking.
Refunds will not be given for players booked that do not arrive. Credit for spaces not used may be provided at the discretion of the site manager and must be used within 6 months of the original booking.
